At MEDIWRAP® we are dedicated to the production of innovative lightweight, single use products for the medical, emergency and rescue services. The MEDIWRAP® textile used in many of our products is a single use fabric, with a comfortable soft insulating lining and windproof and waterproof outer layer. Designed to arrest hypothermia and stabilise patient temperature, it is able to absorb in excess of ten times its own weight of body fluids whilst keeping the patient warm and dry. The material also acts as a total barrier to bacteria, protecting staff and patients from cross infection caused by previously used bedding. |
